  • Maintain accountability for all sales transactions, ensuring all orders are properly processed before the end of your shift.
  • Complete necessary checklists while preparing and stocking for the next service period.
  • Utilize provided tools to maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment, including tasks such as clearing tables and cleaning floors.
  • Promptly report any issues to management, particularly those related to safety or customer service.
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu, including daily specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, food handling guidelines, and restaurant policies.
  • Execute all assigned preparation and cleaning tasks as directed by your supervisor.
  • Contribute to minimizing food costs through effective waste management and portion control.
  • Approach all tasks with a sense of urgency and dedication.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to clean surfaces, remove debris, and maintain a tidy dining environment.
  • Capable of transporting items between the dining area, service bar, and kitchen multiple times throughout your shift.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, math, and verbal communication are essential.
  • Mobility is required for the duration of the shift.

Additional Duties:
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the team and enhance the guest experience.
