Public Consulting Group Client Success Lead (Consultant) - Northwest Region

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Lead to join our team in the Northwest Region. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with COE staff and local teams to meet client needs and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Engage with local stakeholders to discuss growth strategy and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Analyze new market trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with Program Integrity to address policy and compliance questions and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work with Client Operations to implement, support, and optimize client projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Establish Client Success goals with the Client Success Director and lead by example to create a professional team dynamic.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Client Success functional area and team.
  • Serve as a main point of contact both internally and with clients, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Supervise Client Success team members to meet client and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including client management and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and team building.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000-$95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
