Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Team Lead to join our team at Sewsus. As a key member of our Hardware Design and Development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of automotive electronics hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of automotive electronics hardware, including conceptualizing electronic circuit designs and reviewing schematics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design reviews are conducted with internal and external customers (OEMs).
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of automotive electronics and its applications.
  • Plan and execute PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles for multiple projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in automotive electronics, with a focus on hardware circuit design.
  • Experience with schematics, PCBs, and lab testing of controllers.
  • At least one complete project life cycle of design and development of hardware electronic controllers in automotive.
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
