Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced AI Research Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our AI research team, you will be responsible for formulating real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and Machine Learning problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of AI researchers and provide guidance on exploring and implementing new methodologies, model building techniques, and cutting-edge algorithms.
  • Develop and train generative AI models, including LLMs and multi-modal models, and evaluate their performance on specific problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that AI solutions meet the needs and expectations of various stakeholders.
  • Design and develop advanced AI/ML models, including generative agent architectures, and implement highly sophisticated Gen AI-based applications.
  • Develop and execute an AI solution project plan with the team, including timeline and infrastructure dependencies.
  • Define and implement a value justification approach to AI solutions, estimate solution cost, and calculate ROI.
  • Collaborate with academia partners to stay on the cutting edge of AI, especially Gen AI technologies, and provide leadership on AI trend, AI use case innovation trend, new AI opportunities, or foreseeable limitation, risks, and concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing neural network models, especially deep learning models, and Foundation models.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in building, fine-tuning Foundation models, including LLMs and multi-modal models.
  • Minimum of 4 years of strong working knowledge of different technologies, their differences, and modalities in the Generate AI space.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working knowledge and familiarity with different LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in deep learning and neural networks, particularly training and large language models with popular libraries and GPUs.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working knowledge of computer architecture and familiarity with the fundamentals of GPU architecture.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience with processor and system-level performance modeling.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical team management or team mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)
What We Offer

Accenture offers a competitive salary range of $73,000 to $220,400, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Travel may be required for this role, with varying amounts depending on business need and client requirements.
