Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with client intake, appointment scheduling, and phone calls
  • Managing paperwork, emails, and other office correspondence
  • Providing administrative support to the attorney and paralegal
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including light cleaning and maintenance tasks

A strong background in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Experience with QuickBooks and notary services is also preferred.
