Job Overview

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix is seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional restoration and cleaning services to our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration services and carpet & floor cleaning with precision and attention to detail.
  • Be available for emergency services and respond promptly to client needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and upsell value-add products and services to increase average specialty cleaning ticket.
  • Complete accurate and thorough cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Complete work orders and daily logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools, materials, and supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology in the industry to provide exceptional service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in email and portable devices used for reporting and recording daily activity.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check and drug test.
  • Minimum 1 year of restoration and/or floor cleaning experience preferred, or equivalent experience in specialty cleaning.
  • Highly desired certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
