- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including assigning registers, supporting POS coverage, and coordinating breaks for Associates.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with management and Associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
- Training and Development: Partner with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to increase Associate effectiveness.
- Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Merchandising Techniques: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to apply them in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
