Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Associates, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including assigning registers, supporting POS coverage, and coordinating breaks for Associates.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with management and Associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities.
  • Training and Development: Partner with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to increase Associate effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Merchandising Techniques: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to apply them in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
