Job Summary

Lift Van Driver (Full time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport patients safely and reliably.
  • Maintain timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Load and unload passengers safely.
  • Report any notable care concerns.
  • Offer wheelchair and/or special needs assistance.
  • Engage in effective communication with members, clients, and management.
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service aligning with our core values.
  • Show empathy towards members' unique needs.
  • Perform routine vehicle safety checks.
  • Utilize our internal reporting app.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for at least 5 years.
  • Clean driving record.
  • DOT medical certification.
  • Meet fitness standards for duty.
  • Clear pre-employment screenings, including background checks, physicals, and substance abuse tests.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Previous experience working with seniors.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds.

Approximate annual salary: $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience and location.
