Join DISH, a leading provider of satellite television and internet services, as a Field Technician. This role is responsible for installing and maintaining DISH's satellite television and internet services in customers' homes.
About the Job:
- Represent DISH in customers' homes daily, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Install and maintain DISH's satellite television and internet services, including setting up equipment and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, often in customers' homes, and interact with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time, and remain within individual weight limit requirements.
- Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
- Travel may be required.
Compensation: $20.00/hour, plus benefits including flexible spending accounts, HSA, 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan.
