Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at Saddle Creek Logistics Services. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely loading, unloading, sorting, stacking, staging, labeling, and transporting products into and out of our warehouse using a forklift.

Essential Functions

  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, sort, stack, stage, label, and transport products
  • Arrange cartons on pallets and load/unload trucks, considering size, weight, height, etc.
  • Unload trucks and stage freight
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent forklift experience with the ability to operate skillfully and safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Experience working with a clamp extension is preferred
  • Ability to work continuously sitting or standing for long periods of time
  • Experience with RF equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
