PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager enhances value for our clients by collaborating closely with our operations team, general contractors, and subcontractors to relay essential project information across various assignments, from initial measurements to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and HCo: participate in site meetings and effectively convey installation timelines and field measurements.
  • Collaborate intimately with the Engineering, Design, and Drafting teams to gain comprehensive insights into the installation processes of millworks based on design specifications.
  • Engage with general contractors, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and internal personnel to strategize, oversee, communicate, and fulfill project management duties across multiple commercial initiatives.
  • As the company evolves, your role will adapt; this includes embracing and learning new software technologies.
  • Act as a resource for the President and company leadership, providing support in project completion.

Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 3 years of experience in cabinet or architectural millwork.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management on job sites.
  • Understanding of strategic planning, production methodologies, and resource coordination.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including construction software and Microsoft Office.
  • A keen interest in a dynamic work environment, with a desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Self-driven, able to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under varying conditions across diverse projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency under pressure while prioritizing to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in project management or similar roles with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Background in woodworking, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or design.
