Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously oversee the dining area to guarantee guest comfort and high-quality service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items to assist guests with their choices.
  • Serve food and beverages using the correct tableware and presentation techniques.
  • Support servers and housekeeping staff as required.
  • Promptly relay guest feedback to management.
  • Uphold cleanliness, health, and safety standards consistently.
  • Follow safe serving practices when handling alcoholic beverages.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables and events.
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver at least 50 pounds.
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • CPR and first aid certification is advantageous.
