AP/AR Representative

Domino's Corporate is seeking an experienced AP/AR Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting with the bookkeeping, general accounting, and payroll functions of the Supply Chain Center.

• Partner with the A/P team to ensure timely processing of payables for inventory and indirect costs.

• Monitor and follow up on aging accounts payable accruals to ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Work with the GL accountant to ensure timely estimates and period-end financial close.

• Assist with setting up new vendors in Ariba and provide support to local users as needed.

• Partner with the A/R team as needed for CODs, receivables, incorrect billing, and miscellaneous cash receipts.

• Process bi-weekly payroll, including consulting with department managers for missing punch times or discrepancies.

• Complete weekly payroll keys and process new hires.

• Facilitate new team member onboarding, including safety training and LMS training.

• Prepare and submit team member separation paperwork and provide required information to the unemployment administrator.

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or business.

• Minimum 1+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

• Knowledge of Ariba software is a plus.
