The Job Description
We seek a highly skilled Project Manager II to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle.
This includes responsibilities such as project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist manager with tracking of projects
- Influence design
- Help HM organize stakeholders
- Setting up meetings, ensuring right individuals are present
- Meetings notes and takeaways
- HM will share vision and goal; individual will learn to understand and anticipate needs for the group
- Understand objectives and drive projects
- Create Project plans
- Work strategy and push forward
- Able to build partnerships with all levels of the organization
- Navigate different communication styles, tactfully navigating difficult conversations
Educational and Work Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or non-technical field, MBA or related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification required.
