Powersports Technician

We are seeking an experienced Powersports Technician to join our team at Auto Centers.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of powersports vehicles, from motorcycles to ATVs. As a key member of our service team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide top-notch service and repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues on powersports vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and estimate costs
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in powersports repair or a related field
- Strong knowledge of engine mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulic components
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools
A degree in a related field or completion of a factory training program is desirable.
