Key Responsibilities:

- Most Probable Number Analysis: Perform most probable number analysis to determine the presence and quantity of microorganisms in our samples.
- Isolating and Identifying Bacterial Cultures: Isolate and identify bacterial cultures to determine their type and quantity.
- ELISA and PCR: Conduct ELISA and PCR tests to detect and quantify microorganisms in our samples.
- Media Preparation: Prepare various media for culturing microorganisms.
- Good Aseptic Technique: Maintain good aseptic technique to prevent contamination and ensure the quality of our products.
- Data Entry and Validation: Accurately enter and validate data related to microbiological testing.
