Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant will perform tasks as delegated and indicated on the care plan for assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. This includes understanding the basic elements of body functioning, delivering age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the patient, and assisting patients in daily living activities such as dressing and undressing, bathing, and eating.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. Required to be registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and registered in the applicable state's Department of Health.
