Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer interaction and managing the front-end operations of the store.

Your primary responsibility will be to mentor the store team on effective behaviors that drive exceptional customer service.

Together with your team, you will concentrate on boosting sales, improving conversion rates, and providing comprehensive solutions to customers.

You will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Interview Process:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to the store team to enhance customer service, sales, and conversion rates.
  • Strive to deliver an outstanding store experience through consultative selling and comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Take ownership of weekly sales and merchandising tasks.
  • Act as a Floor Leader, guiding the team to ensure a superior customer experience across all store areas.
  • Advocate for company initiatives, demonstrate adaptability to change, and be flexible in performing additional duties as required.
  • Maintain an engaging environment and remain accessible to customers at all times.
  • Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to complete and delegate operational responsibilities.
  • Mentor team members to achieve results through role-playing and constructive feedback.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong customer engagement skills to interact with customers, ask insightful questions, and understand their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and adaptability to shifting business priorities.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in coaching a team and/or supervising staff.
  • Capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Please note that sponsorship for work visas is not available for this position.
