Surgical Technologist

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Enid Hospital Women and Newborn Services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and other healthcare practitioners in providing surgical care to patients in various settings.
- Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures.
- Apply knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique, human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals based on the level of patient contact.
- BCLS certification within 120 days of employment.
- Graduate certificate from an accredited surgical technology program within 60 days or 6 months experience as a surgical technologist.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and supplies.
- 6 months experience in angiography, with expertise in PTA and PTCA, laser PTA/PTCA, and intra-aortic balloon pump.
- Tech in Surgery - Certified (NCCT), TS-C (NCCT) certification.
