Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Specialist will report directly to the General Superintendent and will be responsible for managing and implementing the Quality Control Program. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure project quality across all phases.
- Maintain and promote company values and ethics with integrity and loyalty.
- Develop and manage project-specific quality controls and metrics.
- Prepare and present Quality Control Management reports to the Project Management Teams.
- Communicate quality-related project issues to the General Superintendent and executives.
- Build effective relationships with Superintendents, Project Management Teams, and clients.
- Train Superintendents on the Quality Control Program.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly evaluations of project sites.
- Provide guidance on compliance with local, state, and industry quality standards.
- Review daily project plans to identify quality control issues.
- Issue Quality Control Management reports regularly.
- Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies for quality issues.
- Observe subcontractor work for compliance with installation standards.
- Assist in testing and commissioning processes on projects.
- Prepare final punch lists as necessary.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills for project-specific challenges.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PlanGrid software.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
