Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and Team Leader in the day-to-day management of project requirements. Key responsibilities will include meeting deadlines, updating project schedules, providing written reports on project status, and advocating for plan approvals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for interacting with agency staff and clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland is preferred but not required
  • 8-10 years' experience and familiarity with land development, specifically stormwater management, in Prince Georges County, Maryland is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microstation is preferred but not required
