Estimated Salary:
$85,000-$95,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to uphold company standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with federal, medical, and HIPAA regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, supervision, coaching, and development of field and management staff to meet patient needs and support program growth.
- Coordinate internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities, including conducting audits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Act as the local privacy officer for the agency.
- Plan and manage the office budget, creating guidelines and analyzing weekly trends to meet financial expectations.
- Develop marketing strategies and build relationships to enhance referral sources.
- Oversee the insurance authorization process, manage visit schedules, complete payroll, and address any issues or complaints.
- Participate in evening and weekend on-call services as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain readiness for Medicaid and state surveys.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven track record of positive performance results, particularly in customer relationship management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and the community.
- Adherence to professional standards and compliance with state and federal regulations.
