Job Opportunity for Class A Drivers

We are seeking experienced and new Class A drivers to join our team at Beast Mode Truckin. As a regional truck driver, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of freight and explore the 11 Western Region.

Job Details
  • Our regional route covers the 11 Western Region, offering a diverse range of driving experiences.
  • We offer 100% no-touch dry van freight, ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.
  • Our drivers will have the opportunity to work with drop N hook and live load/unload operations.
  • New drivers will be paired with an experienced trainer for 4-6 weeks, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Experienced drivers will have the opportunity to work independently, with bi-weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.
  • Orientation will take place in Jurupa Valley, CA.
  • Our drivers must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including day and night driving.
Compensation and Benefits
  • New drivers will be paid $650/week during their training period.
  • Experienced drivers will be paid on a sliding scale, based on their level of experience.
  • Our drivers will have the opportunity to earn up to.06 per mile in monthly safety bonuses.
  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO, after 30 days of employment.
Requirements
  • Applicants must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours of training.
  • Applicants must be 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
  • Applicants must have a clean driving record, with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • Applicants must have a solid 10-year work history, with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.
