Summary
All Native Group is in search of dedicated individuals for the role of Evening Custodial Technician. This position involves maintaining cleanliness across various facilities, specifically within the US Courthouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Responsibilities will be assigned by the Custodial Supervisor or Management, and candidates should be prepared to work autonomously while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents to ensure hygienic conditions in restrooms, including sanitizing fixtures and replenishing supplies.
- Dust, clean, and polish various surfaces, including furniture and windows, while ensuring floors and baseboards are free of debris.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of walls and glass surfaces.
- Perform floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Vacuum carpets and address any stains or spots as necessary.
- Manage waste disposal, including recycling and trash collection, ensuring proper handling and transport to disposal areas.
- Operate various custodial equipment effectively to fulfill job duties.
- Communicate effectively with facility personnel regarding maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the Custodial Supervisor.
- Complete additional custodial tasks as required.
