Labelink, a leading manufacturer in custom flexographic labels and packaging, is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Finishing Operator. We are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidates, ensuring a successful career path in our organization.

Shift Details:

The position operates on the 2nd shift, which runs from Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, including a 40-minute paid break. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is offered.

  • Training will be conducted during the 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30-minute paid break.

Compensation:

Pay rates are based on prior experience with rewinding equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute rewinder operations to transform printed materials into finished products by adhering to specific guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Package completed products into cartons and prepare for palletization.

Qualifications:

  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read a ruler accurately.
  • Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds regularly.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to follow established work instructions.
