Phaxis is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a contract job in a skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in a therapy setting and be able to provide high-quality care. The contract is for 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The Speech Language Pathologist will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day, in a day shift. The job requires a Speech Language Pathologist with a strong background in therapy and the ability to work independently. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. The Speech Language Pathologist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the facility administration.
