Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a traveling Speech Language Pathologist. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Synergy Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and clients, providing high-quality speech therapy services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients and clients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient or client.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in communication and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients and clients.
  • Document patient and client progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with a variety of patient populations, including children and adults with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to travel to various locations, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
