Join Our Life-Saving Team as an ICU Registered Nurse
Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse ready to make a meaningful difference in critical care? We are looking for a committed ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional care to our patients during their most critical times.
Role Responsibilities:
As an ICU RN, your duties will include:
Providing both direct and indirect nursing care to critically ill patients with precision and compassion.
Applying your comprehensive understanding of departmental and hospital protocols to guarantee the highest standard of emergency care.
Utilizing your analytical skills and engaging in regular interactive and consultative relationships with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating, implementing, and assessing the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes in collaboration with the healthcare team. Technical Skills.
Critical Thinking.
Prioritization.
Equipment Operation.
Initiative. Evaluating test results promptly.
Assessing patient safety needs and identifying those requiring specific safety measures.
Accurately documenting patient assessments within the designated timeframe at admission, transfer, and discharge. Collecting appropriate blood/urine specimens from patients as directed by physicians, using correct techniques and equipment.
Properly labeling specimens and ensuring their timely delivery to the lab through courier or pick-up services.
Identifying educational needs of patients. Documenting assessments on multidisciplinary forms and modifying as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in an Emergency Department or Critical Care setting preferred. Completion of Point of Care Testing training is required as part of Department Orientation.
