Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our community. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, including rooms, baths, offices, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service skills.
  • Clean and service rooms, baths, and offices, dusting furniture and equipment, cleaning windows, and emptying trash baskets.
  • Replenish supplies of soap, towels, and other essentials, and maintain a clean and organized linen closet.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, folding, and drying clean linens.
  • Report any issues or concerns related to equipment, supplies, or facilities to the management team.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary for insurance purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies is essential.
