As an Empowering Education Specialist at Leaderscript, you will serve as a case manager for students with disabilities and instructor for students with identified skill gaps.
You will work in partnership with general educators to ensure that needs are met and accommodations are provided consistently across all settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, teaching, and evaluating students with general education teachers to support grade-level outcomes
- Facilitating modifications/accommodations across settings and making environmental adjustments so that all students can be fully included
- Planning and teaching intervention classes to address skill deficits using data to make instructional adjustments
- Conducting progress monitoring and tracking data across all settings
- Establishing relationships with families for all students on caseload and communicating with them regularly
- Thoughtfully and collaboratively developing IEPs, designing modifications/accommodations, and writing goals that are in the best interest of student outcomes
- Collecting, organizing, and disseminating student-specific data trends
- Communicating IEP changes to grade level teams
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $49,815 - $96,451 per year, based on years of relevant experience.
