Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems, concerns, and changes in client condition
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
