As an Engineering Technician at AGCO Corporation, you will play a critical role in creating engineering models and drawings for customer approvals and manufacturing execution of sampling, cleaning, and weighing equipment for grain, fertilizer, and other bulk materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating 3D models and 2D drawings for customer approval, manufacturing, and field assembly using Creo software.
  • Configuring and designing variations of current products to meet customer order requirements.
  • Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure manufacturability of designs.
  • Facilitating updates/design changes to current products.
  • Checking and reviewing peers' drawings and designs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in Design or Drafting.
  • Solid modeling proficiency and understanding of mechanical design and engineering best practices, utilizing 3D modeling for various material and manufacturing processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
