Technical Operations Lead

We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to join our team at Oracle. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex technical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable system architectures using industry-leading technologies.
  • Maintain and optimize existing systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system changes and updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical operations, with a focus on scalability, availability, and security.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, OCI, and Azure.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $74,200 to $145,400 per annum, based on experience and location. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, supplemental life insurance, healthcare flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter and parking benefits, 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
