The Revenue Mapping Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming Enhanced Bill Review outcomes into a UB formatted document that accurately reflects the results categorized by Revenue Code lines.

This position is fully remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transforming the Summary of Adjusted Report outcomes into a UB formatted document.
  • Implementing quality control protocols to guarantee the precision of conversions.
  • Applying individual line results according to UB Revenue Code.
  • Verifying that specified Patient Demographic(s) align with the original UB data, including Patient Name, Date of Service, Bill Charges, etc.
  • Meeting production and turnaround time expectations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, or management to achieve product objectives and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance in all communication aspects.
  • Providing general support as needed.
  • Demonstrating punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned, including assisting in the training of new employees.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Effective communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of office experience preferred.
  • Experience in data entry is essential.

COMPENSATION:

CorVel employs a market-based approach to compensation, and salary ranges may vary based on location. Pay rates are determined by factors such as federal, state, and local minimum wage laws, geographic location differentials, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions. These ranges are subject to change.

For roles with levels (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be placed at a different level based on assessments during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. This level may influence the salary range, and any adjustments will be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $19.43 per hour.
