As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing individuals with the chance to enhance their overall functioning and quality of life. You will guide them towards achieving their treatment objectives within both the residential program and the broader community, making a significant impact on their journey towards maintaining recovery and reducing stigma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain schedules and participate in treatment-focused supervision meetings
  • Assist and coordinate individuals in activities aimed at achieving their treatment goals and transitioning to a lower level of care
  • Provide personal care and organize appointments
  • Engage clients in stimulating treatment groups and community activities, creating an environment of growth and empowerment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist certification (MBH will pay for trainings as needed)
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred
What We Offer
  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $3,000, contingent upon eligibility
  • Base hourly rate: $19.14
  • Full-time position with a dynamic work environment
