  • Assess MEP and controls-related issues to determine client or landlord responsibilities.
  • Evaluate BMS system software and hardware installation.
  • Review renovation plans, specifications, and select submittals, including TAB reports, punch lists, O&M manuals, and other closeout documents.
  • Assist in migrating MEP controls from the landlord to the client, including reviewing BMS network architecture and design for cost-effective solutions.
  • Facilitate resolution of outstanding installation or warranty deficiencies.
  • Provide subject matter expert-level support on behalf of the client and coordinate with the landlord's engineering team as needed.
  • Perform hands-on commissioning of MEP and BMS installations.
