About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential Group Living Environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
