Residential Counselor

Vinfen is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team as an Awake Overnight Residential Counselor. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential group living environment, promoting their independence and quality of life.

• Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
• Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program
• Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and support staff to achieve their goals

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• An Associate's degree in a human services-related discipline is preferred
• Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly preferred
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions are preferred
