The Crossroads Center is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to lead our team. This role requires a Master's degree in social work and/or counseling, LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS licensure, and at least three years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation Package

Job Description
  • Job Summary: Lead the provision of outpatient clinical services, developing and implementing evidence-based practices, and supervising clinicians, peer supporters, and care coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day supervision of outpatient clinicians, peer supporters, and care coordinators to ensure effective services.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain, enhance, and provide effective services, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous learning.
  • Conduct performance reviews, implement corrective action, develop performance improvement plans, and manage scheduling.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide active supervision for residential team members.
  • Utilize evidence-based and culturally specific models of care to promote recovery.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities through data measurement, identification, tracking, and submission.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of techniques, procedures, and systems designed to improve service quality.
  • Ensure productivity by clinicians and expansion of services as identified or needed for new and existing programs.
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of documentation, providing feedback to clinicians.
  • Ensure coverage during team member absences to guarantee consistent service provision to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to introduce new ideas and enhance services.
Qualifications
  • Mastery in social work and/or counseling with LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-CS licensure.
  • At least three years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical role, preferably across multiple treatment settings.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, use, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Experience in providing work/clinical supervision and knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines affecting treatment programs.
