Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our fast-paced Neuro ICU environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including non-trauma neurosurgical patients, strokes, and seizures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based councils and contribute to the development of unit-based practice councils.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the unit.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
