Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the transplant process, including patient assessments and pre or post-transplant care.
- Understand and adhere to pre and post-transplant protocols, serving as a resource for internal and external healthcare providers.
- Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation in patient medical records.
- Participate in and support research activities within the Transplant Program and MGH Transplant Center.

Requirements:
