Key Responsibilities- Assist with medication orders and delivery, coordinating with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in vital signs, wound care, medication administration/management, treatments, patient teaching, and other nursing tasks.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Education sufficient for licensure as an LPN/LVN.
- Current Washington state licensure as an LPN/LVN.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related geriatric setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
