Orbis Vascular Medical Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to support our procedure room team and provide exceptional patient care.
This role is primarily based at our Med Center location, with occasional requirements to work at our Clear Lake location.
The Medical Assistant will work under the supervision of a physician or RN to assist in patient care throughout the outpatient surgical process.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the procedure room, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and supplies are stocked.
- Assist with patient preparation, escort patients, and update patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Meet the requirements for a Certified Medical Assistant and have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
