We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant, STNA, HHA, or LPN to join our team at Community Health Care. Our organization is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and we are looking for individuals who share our values.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings, including vital signs, medical history, and medications.
  • Perform various patient procedures, such as injections, EKGs, and breathing treatments, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Engage in effective patient follow-up and phone triage to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Assist with office procedures and maintain examination rooms to ensure a clean and organized environment.
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant, LPN, STNA, or HHA certification.
  • Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
