About the Role

As a Reliability Engineer - Hardware Expert at Amazon, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our cloud infrastructure. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test hardware components that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with design teams to develop and implement reliability testing methodologies
* Identify and mitigate product/component risks to ensure high-quality hardware components
* Work with supply chain specialists to source high-quality components and materials
* Develop and maintain reliability models and predictive analytics to inform design decisions

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Reliability Engineering, Physics, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering with server platforms or high-tech hardware
* Strong understanding of server components, including CPU, GPU, memory, HDD, SSD, motherboard, thermal system, peripherals, etc.
* Experience with memory reliability and analytical, test plan, and test procedure development
