Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and phone coverage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with 3-way matching.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
