Key Responsibilities- Equipment Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage the life cycle of our equipment, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to resolve complex equipment issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and technologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Training and Development: Provide technical training and guidance to equipment specialists globally, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all technical and regulatory documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as required, including managing junior engineers or technicians.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of equivalent engineering experience.
- Skills: Advanced computer competence, knowledge of MS Office products and engineering tools, and up-to-date technical skills required to design and operate our core equipment.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, pro-active, self-starter, and ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly.
