KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Officers are responsible for providing direct care and continuous supervision to at-risk youth. As part of our Operations Department, their primary focus is ensuring the safety and security of each juvenile. This role is dynamic and interactive, involving monitoring youth for court appearances, tracking their progress while in detention, and assisting them in altering criminal thought patterns.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT CRITERIA:
Due to the sensitive nature of our work with at-risk youth, candidates must successfully complete all pre-employment assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and possess a high school diploma or GED to qualify for this position.
