We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Preventionist to join our team at Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH.   • Develop and implement education programs to promote infection prevention and control practices among staff.
  • Conduct surveillance and monitoring of infection rates and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement policies and procedures for infection prevention and control.
  • Provide training and education to staff on infection prevention and control best practices.
  • Monitor and report on infection control metrics and trends.

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent nursing experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet with employees working evening and night shifts.
  • Specialized training in infection prevention and control within 90 days of hire.
