Job DescriptionThis role involves working as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to determine donor eligibility, manage employee incidents, and support pandemic investigations. You will collaborate with medical professionals to ensure high-quality care for our donors and contribute to the overall success of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid LPN/LVN license, and two years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting. You will need to complete our FDA-approved training program and obtain CPR/AED certification. Competitive compensation and benefits, including medical/dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits, are offered.
Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$105,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. This includes our U.S.-based employees' eligibility for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
